Potato Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. water
    1 small onion, chopped
    5 potatoes, diced
    1 can tomato soup
    4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, cook ground beef in water. Add onions and potatoes. In a separate saucepan, heat soup and milk together. When potatoes are tender, add soup mixture.
    Season to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
