Orange Chicken And Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3 Tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper
1 large onion, sliced
1 c. orange juice
2/3 c. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix

Preparation

Brown chicken in margarine in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Move chicken to side of skillet.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top each piece with orange slice.
