Olive Branch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, split
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
cayenne to taste
Preparation

In a bowl, combine lemon juice, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper.
Place chicken in marinade; turn to coat.
Cover and marinate; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Prepare grill or preheat oven for broiling.
Remove chicken from marinade; place in broiling pan.
Rub with oil; sprinkle with curry powder and cayenne.
Grill or broil 6 to 8 inches from heat source until meat is cooked through (8 to 10 minutes per side).
