Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
    6 Tbsp. sour milk (4 Tbsp. milk + 2 Tbsp. vinegar)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. mashed bananas (about 6 very ripe)
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Stir in sour milk and vanilla.
    Add flour in about 4 equal amounts, blending after each time.
    Add bananas and chopped pecans and stir until well blended.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
