Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (48 oz.) can vegetable cocktail juice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans (16 oz.) mixed vegetables, drained
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in heavy skillet; drain off fat. In a large Dutch oven, mix vegetable juice, mushroom soup, ground beef and onions.
    Bring to a boil; add mixed vegetables.
    Cook for 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
