Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash (yellow)
    2 sticks oleo
    1 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 large carrots, grated
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Melt 1/2 of oleo and stir in 1/2 of stuffing mix.
    Mix squash with carrots, soup, sour cream and onions.
    Pour in baking dish.
    Top with remaining oleo and stuffing mix.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
