Cheddar-Dill Popovers - cooking recipe

2 eggs
1 c. Gold Medal \"Wondra\" flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (1 oz.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Generously grease six 6-ounce custard cups or 8 medium muffin cups (2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inch).
Beat eggs slightly in a medium bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk just until smooth (do not overbeat).
Fill custard cups half full, muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
