Chicken Dinner In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. uncooked rice
    12 oz. uncooked chicken, skinned
    1/2 medium bell pepper
    1/2 c. onion
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 c. tomato sauce
    sprinkle of oregano
Preparation
    Divide in half.
    Wrap in foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 servings.
    Weight Watchers program count as:
    1 bread, 4 vegetables and 4 ounces protein.
