Avocado Half-Shells With Seafood - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. capers
    fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco
    1 tsp. salt
    lemon or lime wedges (for garnish)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. shrimp, shelled and cooked
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can crab meat, drained and flaked
    1 (5 oz.) can lobster, drained and flaked
    6 ripe avocados
Preparation
    Combine chili sauce, mayonnaise, capers, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
    Toss chili mixture with seafood; chill.
    Halve avocados lengthwise, twisting gently to separate halves.
    Whack a sharp knife directly into seeds and twist to lift out.
    Brush avocado with lemon juice; fill with seafood salad and garnish with lemon wedges.
