Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. country style sausage
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage; set aside.
    In a medium saucepan, melt margarine over low heat.
    Blend in flour and pepper.
    Heat until mixture bubbles.
    Remove from heat; gradually add milk.
    Cook rapidly, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
    Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer.
    Add sausage and serve over buttermilk biscuits.
