    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    1 Tbsp. lime juice (optional)
Preparation
Score each chicken breast half on both sides in a diamond pattern.
Rub chicken on both sides with mixture of chili powder and salt.

To drippings in skillet, add marmalade and lime juice.
Heat over medium heat, stirring to loosen brown bits from skillet.
