Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chuck, chopped
    1/4 lb. pork, chopped
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    6 Tbsp. water
    4 Tbsp. onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. butter
    dash of nutmeg
    bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in water.
    Cook onion in butter until light brown.
    Mix meat, eggs, onion (season to taste with salt, pepper and a dash of nutmeg) and parsley.
    Form into small balls.
    Roll lightly in flour and brown in fat.
    Remove meat balls to bowl. Make gravy from pan drippings and bouillon cubes.
    Thicken with flour.
    Return meat balls and cook for 20 minutes.
