Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg (if preferred)
    1/2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all together until dough is formed.
    Drop into hot broth. Cook, covered, 10 to 12 minutes with lid on pan.
    Do not remove cover until time is up.
    Don't overmix dough; it will be lumpy.
