Overnight French Toast For Guests - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    8 large eggs
    3 c. milk
    4 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish with extra margarine. Cut bread into 1-inch thick slices.
    Arrange in bottom of dish. In large bowl, mix all ingredients, except butter.
    Pour over bread, cover with foil and refrigerate 8 to 36 hours.
