Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
2 slices white bread
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Beat eggs into mixture.
Add pineapple, including the juice.
Remove the crust from the white bread and cut into bite size pieces.
Add to other ingredients. Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in a 1 1/2-quart casserole (in water).
