Chicken Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cut up chicken
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    10 oz. jar peach preserves
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour and fry.
    Put in soup pot and cover with mixture of rest of ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Take out and add 1 can water chestnuts and slices of green pepper.
    Bake 10 minutes more.
    Serve with rice.
