Pie Crust Anyone Can Make - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 well beaten egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    7 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients together with pastry blender, then add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well together and let rest 10 minutes before rolling out.
    I find it best to refrigerate this 10 minutes.
    You don't even need to use Crisco.
    I have used a cheap brand.
