Summer Squash Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small zucchini
    1 lb. yellow straight neck squash
    water
    salt
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    To leftover mashed potatoes, add beaten egg white only.
    Form into balls. Drop into hot fat.
