Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. cut rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Put one half of mixture in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Top with uncooked rhubarb.
