Sweet And Sour Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 slices bacon
    1 large thinly sliced onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. or more brown sugar
    1 big can pork and beans (not drained; Hi-C size)
    1 small can baby limas, drained
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 small can butter beans
Preparation
    Brown bacon until crumbly; lay aside.
    Cook onion with mustard, vinegar and brown sugar in a little of the bacon fat for 20 minutes, covered.
    Put sauce and bacon over beans and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
