Quick Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. biscuit mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss or Jack cheese
1 c. diced ham or 8 to 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle shredded cheese and ham on bottom of plate.
In food processor or blender, place biscuit mix, eggs, butter, milk, Parmesan cheese, onion, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix 30 seconds.
Pour mixture over ham and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Any meat can be used in recipe.
