Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
5 to 6 medium potatoes, sliced
minced onion
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt oleo in casserole dish.
Place potatoes in melted oleo. Sprinkle with minced onions and add salt and pepper to taste. Place in oven at 425\u00b0 in covered dish until tender, about 30 minutes.
Remove lid and return to oven until brown.
