Mom'S Homemade Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 or 3 Tbsp. sugar
    water to mix up
Preparation
    Cook ingredients slowly in saucepan, stirring constantly so it doesn't curdle.
    When thickened, remove from heat.
    Add mustard as preferred (don't need much).
    Little mayonnaise to give more zip. Add celery seed, if preferred.
    This makes a small batch; can increase ingredients accordingly for larger amounts.
