Ingredients

2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. chocolate or butterscotch chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add 3/4 cup sugar, add 1/4 cup at a time.
Add vanilla and fold in chips. Drop by teaspoon on foil-covered cookie sheets.
