Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
ground chuck
1 small box lasagne noodles (need 9)
1 small onion, diced
1 jar Ragu chunky garden style tomato and onion flavor sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 large container cottage cheese, small curd
Preparation

Brown ground chuck and diced onion.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Drain and pour spaghetti sauce into beef, just 3/4 of jar. Boil lasagne noodles until tender; drain.
Prepare 9 x 13-inch dish by pouring sauce on bottom, just enough so noodles won't stick.
