Having Fun With Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yeast cake, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    1 1/4 c. warm milk
    1 sq. or 1/2 c. melted margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 to 5 c. flour to make soft dough
Preparation
    Mix everything together except 2 cups of the flour.
    Let stand 20 minutes in warm place.
    Add rest of flour and let rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
    Roll dough out on a lightly floured board.
    Cut in rounds; dip in butter and fold over.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly brown.
