Mom'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    6 eggs
    2 c. celery
    4 medium onions
    4 c. mayonnaise
    4 Tbsp. mustard
    8 Tbsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. olives
    celery seed
Preparation
    Wash and cook potatoes (do not peel) until done, about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Drain.
    Hard-boil eggs.
    Chop celery, onions and olives.
    Peel potatoes and eggs and cut into medium size pieces. Mix in celery, onions and olives.
    Sprinkle in celery seed as you are doing this.
    Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard together, then mix into potato mixture.
