Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
3/4 c. pepper (red and green)
1/4 c. onion
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Cut pepper and onion before cooking.
Can use ham, pork or beef, even lobster and shrimp combined together if you like.
Cook 1 cup steam rice.
Heat the frypan.
Pour a little oil on it.
Put rice and chicken, pepper and onion in the frypan and stir it.
Add sugar, salt and soy sauce.
Stir until it is done.
Makes 1 to 2 servings.
