Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. round steak
    1 pt. canned tomatoes
    2 medium bell pepper, chopped
    2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 medium onions, chopped
Preparation
    Flour steak and brown in fat.
    Mix other ingredients and cook in pressure cooker about 45 minutes or in a conventional cooker, about 2 hours.
