Cowboy Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large green pepper
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp. butter
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 (53 oz.) can Van de Kamp's pork and beans
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. A.1. steak sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Chop onions and green pepper and saute in butter until limp. Set aside.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add onions and pepper mixture and allow to simmer on low for 10 minutes until dry. Drain, if necessary.
