Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Russet potatoes
    2 onions, chopped
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. butter, melted (optional)
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. marjoram
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into wedges.
    Toss potatoes and all other ingredients together until well coated.
    Place into roasting pan and bake at 450\u00b0 for 1 hour 10 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
