Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated carrot
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and chopped
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix meats, dry bread crumbs, carrot, onion and eggs.
Add milk, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix lightly, but thoroughly.
Place on a double thick square of greased aluminum foil.
Shape into a 14 x 8-inch rectangle.
Saute mushrooms and 1 tablespoon onion in butter over medium heat.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Spread stuffing over meat.
Roll up, starting at long edge.
Press overlapping edge into roll to seal. Bring foil edges together in a tight double fold on top.
Fold ends up using tight double folds.
Place wrapped meat loaf on rack in shallow pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Open foil and continue baking 15 minutes or until loaf browns.
