Ricotta Lasagna Swirls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cooked lasagna noodles
    2 bunches spinach
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Steam spinach until limp and chop.
    Mix spinach with cheeses, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
    Coat each noodle with 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture along its entire length.
    Roll the noodle up; turn on end so you can see the spiral and place in a shallow baking pan.
    Pour homemade or canned spaghetti sauce over the rolled up noodles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
