Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter (not margarine)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 lb. confectioners sugar
2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. cocoa
Preparation

Melt cheese and butter in saucepan over low to medium heat. Add sugar, nuts and cocoa. Stir well and knead. Pat out onto greased (with margarine) platter. Let set until firm. Cut into small squares. Makes approximately 5 1/2 pounds.
