Tenderloin Au Sherry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 good size pork tenderloin
    1 box fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1 Tbsp. butter
    sherry wine
Preparation
    Salt and pepper tenderloin and brown in hot fat in skillet. After it is good and brown on all sides, add 1/2-inch of water in your skillet.
    Place lid on and turn fire down low.
    Cook for about 1 hour, adding water if necessary.
