Baked Reuben Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained (press out juice)
    4 slices (about 4 x 6-inch) natural Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. bottled Thousand Island salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Place chicken in greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place sauerkraut over chicken.
    Top with Swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours or until fork can be inserted easily. Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serves 4.
