Chicken In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    3/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 chopped medium onion
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 to 3/4 bottle dry white cooking wine
    3/4 carton half and half
Preparation
    Roll chicken in flour mixture.
    Brown in butter.
    Add onion and cook until tender, but not brown.
    Slice mushrooms and pour over chicken.
    Add wine.
    Simmer 30 to 35 minutes.
    Remove chicken. Add half and half to skillet mixture and heat.
    Pour over chicken. Serve over rice.
