Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 small can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
    2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
Preparation
    Mix and beat vigorously. In a 9 x 13 pan or 12-inch iron skillet, melt a tablespoon of Crisco or meat drippings. Pour grease into cornbread batter and mix well. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
