Becca'S Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    2 (24 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    oregano (pinch), salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    3/4 lb. each: Jack and Cheddar cheese
    2 c. chopped onions
    2 cans sliced olives
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add soup, enchilada sauce and spices and thicken with cornstarch.
    Tear tortillas into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Put meat and sauce around the bottom of casserole dish.
    Add layer of tortilla pieces.
    Sprinkle onion, cheese and olives.
    Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 12.
