Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for double crust 9-inch pie
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 to 6 McIntosh or similar apples, pared and sliced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    water
    nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    With a wire whisk, stir together undiluted juice and mixture of cornstarch, cinnamon and salt.
    Heat to consistency of gravy. Pour over apples.
    Turn
    mixture into prepared pie shell; dot with margarine.
    Cover with top crust; cut slits in crust to allow steam to escape.
    Sprinkle lightly with water and nutmeg to taste. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 more minutes.
