Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Make into balls.
    Put in a casserole dish.
    You can brown the meat balls before you bake them if you want.
    Cover them with tomato juice and sliced green pepper. Cover with aluminum and bake on 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
