Spinach Jumbo Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    20 jumbo shells
Preparation
    Simmer spinach for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Drain well and chop.
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    Add spinach and heat.
    Combine egg, cheeses, nutmeg and spinach.
    Stuff 20 cooked shells; cover with sauce.
