Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (1/4-inch) slices ham or cubed
6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced or cubed
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
paprika to garnish and to taste
Preparation

Put 1/2 of ham, potatoes and onion in crock-pot.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and 1/2 of shredded cheese.
Repeat layers. Spread undiluted soup evenly over top so air doesn't reach potatoes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover; cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, or until tender.
