Mexican "Taco" Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can refried beans
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. onions
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/2 c. black olives
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. green onions
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Add taco seasoning mix and water. Cook until dry.
    On a 9 x 13-inch cookie sheet spread refried beans.
    Cover with ground beef mixture.
    Spread with sour cream and taco sauce.
    Sprinkle onions over the top, then cover with grated cheese.
    Garnish with tomatoes and olives.
    Serve with taco chips.
