Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. boneless chicken
    1/4 lb. salted pork, cut in small pieces
    3 large onions, cut thin
    6 large potatoes, sliced thin
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 large can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken until done in large pot.
    Use only enough water to cook.
    In a large iron pot on high, cook salted pork until done. Remove pork meat and about half of grease.
    Turn down to medium-high heat.
    Add onions; cook about 5 minutes, then add tomato juice, sauce, chicken, salt and pepper.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    Yield:
    About 1 gallon.
