Molasses Banana Bread(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. applesauce
1 egg
1 c. molasses
3 large bananas, mashed (about 2 c.)
1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind (optional)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Cream butter.
Beat in egg, bananas and molasses.
Mix in remaining ingredients just until blended.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 50 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
