Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. shrimp, peeled, cleaned and cooked (small size or cut into small pieces)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in oleo until tender.
    Blend in flour and salt.
    Combine soup and milk; add to vegetable mixture and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add shrimp pieces and pour into 1-quart casserole dish.
    Combine the tablespoon oleo and bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle over top of casserole.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
