Italian Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 to 25 large fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb. sweet sausage
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Clean mushrooms.
Remove stems and chop fine.
Remove sausage from casing and saute in pan with stems, garlic and 1 tablespoon oil.
Add cheese and parsley.
Fill mushroom caps, rounding tops, and put in a shallow baking pan.
Add water and 1 tablespoon oil to pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
