Quick Pigs In A Blanket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Chop cabbage into medium pieces.
    Spread in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish which has been sprayed with Pam.
    Brown meat and onion in a large skillet, breaking up meat with a large spoon as it cooks.
    Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture over cabbage.
    In a small saucepan, heat tomato soup and water to boiling.
    Pour over all ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover casserole tightly with foil and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover and fluff lightly with fork before serving.
