Sour Cream Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie crust
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. butter or oleo
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. lemon rind
3 unbeaten egg yolks
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan; cook over medium heat.
Add butter, lemon juice, rind, egg yolks and milk.
Cook until thick.
Cool.
Fold sour cream into cooled mixture.
Spoon into baked pie shell.
Chill.
Spread whipped cream over pie and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
